I recently had a delightful gourmet getaway with my best friend at Broom Hall, and I couldn't pass up sharing this experience, especially for fellow food enthusiasts. While we arrived slightly disappointed that the pool was out of order, the hotel graciously granted us an early check-in at 11:15 am. Our room boasted a cozy vibe with tea, coffee, and biscuits-though I wish there had been decaf tea from the start. The highlight, however, was the dining experience. We kicked off our evening with pre-cocktails and ventured into a three-course meal that showcased local ingredients with creative flair. The ambiance in the dining area enhanced the experience, creating a pleasant setting for enjoying a fine selection of local and premium spirits alongside a well-curated wine list. Breakfast the next day was freshly cooked, a perfect way to round off our stay. Broom Hall offers a charming escape with a culinary twist-worth considering for your next trip!
